Ian Tingen is a founder and CEO of Power Level, the agency that acts as relationship counselors between fans and brands. Trained as a social psychologist, his love of design and data support his compulsion to building sustainable, reciprocal culture in vivo and digitally. Ian’s favorite clients are those who are ready to challenge their biases about their customers, product, and culture in service of responsibly meeting market needs.
Chief Operating Officer
Hyuga Takagi is the Director of Operations, with an extensive experience in producing events with Japanese governmental, tourism, cultural, and culinary partners supports Power Level's cross-cultural endeavors. From Japan Week to Waku Waku, Hyuga has run small tradeshows with hundreds of attendees, large festivals enjoyed by hundreds of thousands, and everything in between, ensuring the logistics powering every activation are executed flawlessly.
Director of Digital Communities
Shawnee started her journey as a content creator and has turned that passion into a career as a social media and community manager. She has worked for large companies within the geek industry including WeLoveFine, The Valve Store, Entertainment Earth, and Loot Crate. She thrives on helping brands build strong and highly engaged communities.
